What are your office hours?
Our phones are staffed Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
How do I reach my doctor after office hours?
In emergency situations only, the doctor may be reached through the medical exchange, at (314) 388-6209. The doctor will be paged to return your call, so please stay off your telephone while waiting. The exchange number is not to be used for refilling prescriptions or scheduling appointments.
How do I get my prescription refilled?
Either have your pharmacy contact us, or you may call us with the name & phone number of your pharmacy. Prescriptions can only be refilled during normal business hours. Not on weekends.
I received a new prescription medicine during my last office visit. Can I take that medicine along with my existing prescription medicines?
That depends on the specific medicine ordered. Always check with your doctor or pharmacist about possible drug interactions before taking a new medication.
